Nobody knows what the music business will look like in a couple of years, although I have my suspicions. If there’s any business left in it at all I like to think there will be many, many people NOT allowing these lockdowns and madnesses to chill their passions and stifle their flames, their lusts for giving, life and living, loving, laughing, leaping, lounging,…and all that other essential “L” stuff.
There is no such thing as giving up or giving in when it comes to the important things. The essentials. The rhythms, melodies and harmonies of our lives.

Niemand weiß, wie das Musikgeschäft in ein paar Jahren aussehen wird, obwohl mir dazu manches einfällt. Wenn das Musikgeschäft überhaupt eine Zukunft hat, wäre es schön, wenn diese Wahnsinns-Lockdown-Zeiten für viele Menschen NICHT zum Erlöschen ihrer Leidenschaften geführt hätten oder zum Ersticken ihrer Flammen, ihrer Lust zu leben, zu lieben, zu lachen und so weiter.
Aufgeben oder Nachgeben ist keine Lösung, wenn es um wichtige Dinge geht: um Rhythmen, Melodien und Harmonien… Kurz: Die Quintessenz unseres Lebens
